We provide tile installation, remodeling, and related services as agreed in our written quotes or work orders.

2) Estimates & Payments

Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change after on-site inspection. Payment terms will be specified in your quote/invoice. Late payments may incur fees.

3) Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide safe access to the job site at scheduled times. Delays caused by site conditions may affect timeline and cost.

4) Materials & Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials you or we supply. Our workmanship warranty, if any, will be stated on your invoice or contract.

5) Cancellations/Change Orders

Cancellations or changes after materials are ordered or work has begun may result in additional charges.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7) SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS related to quotes, scheduling, and promotions. Message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8) Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, logos) is owned by RAM Tile Services LLC and may not be used without permission.
